Select the bank and resolve the account
In Account Details, choose the bank, enter the account number and wait for the resolved account name. Check the name before Next. If resolution fails, correct the bank/number or retry the lookup; an unresolved entry is not a verified destination.
Step 1: bank account details. All values shown are fictional.

- 1Enter your own account number and select the correct bank.
- 2Check the resolved account name.
- 3Continue only after the details are accepted.
Enter your identity and licence
In Driver Details, National ID expects an 11-digit NIN. Driver License accepts the supported licence-number format shown by the form. Enter the number from your own document, not the document’s filename.
Step 2: your personal and next-of-kin details.

- 1Identity and licence are separate fields.
- 2Next-of-kin contact and relationship belong to the same person.
- 3Next continues; Previous returns to the bank section.
Add your next of kin
Enter the person’s name, a valid contact number and your relationship. Review the country/number format and ask them before using their details. This is separate from your account’s sign-in phone.
Save and check the summary
Use Next in first-time registration, or Submit Section when editing a section. Review the corresponding Bank account and Personal information tiles later to confirm the saved values.
How you know it worked
The correct account name and your own personal details appear in the verification summary.
A useful next step
If something goes wrong
The account name looks wrong
Stop and check the bank and account number. Do not accept another person’s resolved name simply to progress.
The keyboard covers the action
Tap outside the field or scroll the form to dismiss the keyboard and reveal the action. If the action remains inaccessible, report your phone and browser.
Editing an approved application shows a warning
Read it before continuing. Editing can return the application to re-verification and temporarily prevent driving.
