Use the trip controls deliberately
Use the available contact or trip-assistance controls if you need help. If Stop here is offered, request a practical stopping point and wait for acknowledgement; sending a stop request is not the same as a completed drop-off.
Read Ride complete
At the end, check Trip stops, Total fare, Duration and Distance. Read the payment note: cash requires payment to the driver; a confirmed wallet deduction means the amount has been taken from your wallet. A processing/pending message is not a final deduction.

Leave feedback if you wish
Rate your driver and add a short note, then Submit. Choose Remind me later to postpone feedback, or Don’t ask again for this ride to decline it for that journey. Keep a payment problem separate from the rating: report it through support with the trip and payment details.

How you know it worked
The journey has ended, you understand its payment state and you can find the record again in History or Wallet.

If something goes wrong
The receipt amount differs from the agreed fare
Do not assume an unexplained increase is normal. Record the trip, the agreed amount and receipt amount, then contact support. Planned Direct shared-fare savings do not explain an Along discrepancy.
The app is offline at the end
Reconnect and allow the trip record to restore. Check the final status before repeating a payment or assuming a wallet charge succeeded.
